How It Works

Data:

Probateslist.com researchers record; Case Numbers, Decedent, Property Address, Personal Representative/ Executor/ Administrator Name and Address, and Attorney's Name and Address.  Data varies from case to case and county to county so not every case will have all of the data fields filled. Only cases that were noted to have real estate associated with them are recorded, therefore, each case is a potential lead. All data is delivered monthly in a downloadable spreadsheet.

 

Downloads:

To download your lead spreadsheets simply click on The ProbateList.com Excel (.xls) spreadsheets will made available at the beginning of every month (between the 1st and 5th) and removed on the last day of that month. Simply click on the My Account link and once logged in you will be able to download the data for every county that you are subscribed to. Once downloaded to your computer the spreadsheets do not expire.

Payments:

All subscribers are billed upon completing registration and payment for the current available data. Subscriptions are not prorated. Subscribers will then be billed automatically on the same day of the month as the initial purchase.

Example:

If you purchase on 03/20 you will be billed on 03/20 for the data made available in March. Your next payment will be on 04/20 for data made available in April and continuing on the 1st of every month until cancelled.

Manage Your Account / Cancellation:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, you can cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your account.  Click on "Account Manager" at the bottom left of the home screen.  This will bring you to your account manager where you are able to cancel subscriptions or update contact and payment information.
